An amazing person who walks that extra mile

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> Our mom had medical break down and everywhere we went we were given very uncaring and bureaucratic answer , where no-one wanted to give us a clear path on how to tackle the crisis.<br> <br> What was frustrating is that I always assumed that medical field would have a first priority to try to assist any person in need, unfortunately we experienced that it wasn't the case.<br> <br> As an amazing breath of fresh air, Tania Annandale in casualty department was that exception. She explained exact path on what we should do to get situation under control. When we brought our mother to the hospital, we knew that Tania was there to make sure that everything was under control and went smoothly.<br> <br> What an amazing person with most genuine personality, we really would like to say THANK YOU!<br> <br> Best Wishes<br> Egor
