Active judgement for debt I settled already

I had an outstanding bill with medi clinic which they handed me over for and listed me as well

In 2021 I app**** for a job and it then popped up on my record, I then called medi clinic for a settlement agreement and at this point I paid them R5500 and sent them the proof of payment

Medi clinic failed to update their records as settled and clear the listing off my name.

And I have still have an active judgement negatively affecting my job opportunities and my ability to get financial assistance

Medi clinic has declared that they do see the payment made but somehow cannot find the settlement agreement they made with me.

I need urgent help and guidance as I need to prepare for the new school year for my family.
