Absolutely pathetic service‼️‼️‼️

Absolutely horrible service delivery from private health care providers (Victoria hospital-Tongaat). Yes I understand today (01/01/2024) is a public holiday but that's no reason to mistreat patients. I was at the hospital at 11am with severe pains and was only admitted to casuality around 14:00. The doctor on duty was absolutely pathetic and lacks people skills. They did bloods,never told me the results. They requested urine test, I couldn't go at the time,it was just left it. They discharged me knowing I was still in alot of pain and the doctor never even bothered to check on me,he came once and that was it. Apart from medical aid fitting the bill,I still had to pay a certain amount before getting discharged at 16:00. Pay for what???? Suffering more?????
