Unhappy with emergency service

It seems that no emergency services exists at their emergency room. As we arrived my my 23 month old nice at 17:30. She had been struggling with a bad case of diaree which started round about 16:00. Since I work 47km away I could not get a Dr's room to see her at that time. Ended up taking her to the emergency room at Medi-clinic Upington. We only ended up being seen to at 19:30. Imagine a toddler not feeling well; past her dinner time and bath time. Not impressed.
