Why such a high price for such low quality

<br> I was admitted to the hospital from 10 August - 14 August 2015 in the gynaecology ward bed p07, on the 13th of August a colleague of mine came to pay me a visit and noticed that my hand was swollen and asked what had happened and who had inserted the IV line for me, before I could answer her our conversation was rudely interrupted by an enrolled nursing assistant who was busy doing vital signs on a patient in my cubicle and she asked my visitor I quote \ do you want the things to put up an IV line? Do you think maybe you could do it better "to avoid confrontation and an argument we both(my visitor an myself)kept quiet and didn't reply . I must say that I feel very offended by her level of disrespect"
