Very disappointed patient

I was discharged from the hospital without a diagnosis as to what has caused my sudden allergic reaction of which I have never had allergic reactions before, the doctor did not explain anything and did not tell me when I should come back for a follow up(if need be). When the doctor was questioned about it, he was very dismissive and had a bad attitude and simply said the patient is fine and can go, so now I am scared to consume anything because I do not know what caused my flare up.
