Unhappy parent at Paeds ward

My son got admitted in Medforum, he drinks special milk for that I had to bring his bottles from home. I was told to wash bottles myself or wash them at home. The parents sleep on the floor and only after 10 and wakes up at 4. The service is very bad, they are turning that hospital into public hospital now.
