Terrible service

Went to the pharmacy to collect my medication in a mask on Monday, a lady called Takalani was with a guy starring at me and making fun of me, then I asked for a manager Dorinda and I complained about the treatment and she was useless to say the least,I then proceeded to the hospital's patients experience manager called Faith and she said she will escalate the matter via email and cc me in, well I'm still waiting till today, I pay a lot of money for my medical aid and I don't expect to be treated like that especially by a medical practitioner.this is so disappointing for you Medforum
