Ridiculous service from both staff and the hospital management

I am pregnant and at hospital for a cervical cerclage. I was told by my gynecologist to be here at 6:30am. I last ate last night, since I have been here I have not received any medical attention, 9h later!!!! You ask they tell you the doctor is busy, should wait your turn, you call the relationship manager at the hospital to complain, you are told they will get back to you, it's been an hour since they said that.

Last year March I miscarried and was at the hospital to go again to theather so they can cleanse my womb, again they doctor said 06:30 but guess what it was only done at 5PM and he was already leaving for home, he blamed the staff, same thing is happening this year March again, only this time am still carrying the child. I am fuming as this is unacceptable and will be taking it to Twitter and Facebook should anything happen to the child am carrying!!!!!
