POOR SERVICE

The worse experience ever my wife was admitted to hospital at 17:00 at 17:30 they told us a Bed is ready we just need to finish paper work which I did however bed needed to be cleaned first we waited till 7:40 for my wife to get the bed as there was no cleaners available the staff did not care at all in getting my wife comfortable when i asked to speak to a manager the night manager called cleaners and we still waited 15 min after her call the cleaner came and left nobody called us to say the bed is ready i went to security desk to ask for an alternative number to call management and only then there was action we will be changing our DR's as using your hospital will never happen again If i never went in to check on the bed we would have waited till kingdom comes as your staff was watching TV <br> <br> We have been using your hospital for almost 10 years but last night will no longer make use of your NON EXCISTING SERVICE <br> <br> DONT CALL ME MY WIFE IS IN WARD O BED NO:4
