Ward 7 might as well be converted to public hospital the management there has house rules that suits their own needs.very selfish they act like the hospital its theirs.imagine they tell parents with small babies not to sleep on bed during the day but only at 10 and wake them up at 5am , they wake you to give your child medication you are responsible for your childs nappies you bath your child yohh you are fully responsible ask yourself why you took your baby to private??heh the other shocking part when you ring a bell need assistance someone will come and tell that no that is not my responsibility then they will go and someone who is responsible, the person will only come 30minutes before they knock off. If you are not happy they will tell you to go down and fetch your refund at reception if you have problem.i hope our Padiatric will assist on this matter let their stuff treat people nicely.why cant we receive same treatment of their 3rd floor.if a person consider taking their kids to medforum they might as well think twice the water here is cold imagine if it was winter, I requested my babies milk around 4am I only got my milk at 05:45am my babie was crying the reason behind this is there is only one person who does milk no gal its private yohh aii shame ake happy. You do everything for yourself you might aswell keep your babies at home and treat them yourself mos cause wow when you get here you become a sister(nurse)!!especially night staff🥺
