I am so deeply disappointed in the service which was granted to me and my husband when we visited the place.

My husband had an theatre appointment set up for 06:00 meaning we had to be at the hospital at 05:45 of which we were on time then we get into reception area to find that there was one lady working at the front desk I couldn’t get her name as she was not wearing a jacket name tag when greeting her she just said Iam busy with an admission meaning no greeting back. Once done with the admission she said she was busy with she ddnt talk to us or call us to her desk by then it’s around 05:55 no other morning staff is there to assist and mounts of patients are starting to flock inn then a lady walks in at the pre admission desk stands there not calling patients to attend to then only patients taking their own prerogative and going towards her desk she starts to help. then around 06:15 the staff for the reception start to come inn by the time the lady puts on her PC takes off her Jacket it’s already 06:30 which if she had arrived on time like she should it wouldn’t be that bad. So now they assisted us an hour later we left the reception area at 07:00 imagine from sitting in the reception area from 05:45 I really dnt think it was professional Iam just so shocked at the service I never expected it especially since the services dnt come cheap. I will never recommend it to anyone it’s just not worth it I think it’s reeling towards a non private hospital
