Lack of service delivery for sick people

During my admission on the 28th of August@ Medforum Pretoria Central, I was shocked by the poor service delivery & poor care for the sick. people stays in an untidy place, while cleaning service resume around 1:30 which put people' life in danger, food service not always on scheduled time, Broken shower, and experienced allergic reactions which I was left to suffer for the whole night without being given anything.
