Labour/ maternity ward terrible

I have just given birth at Medforum, the service delivery from the nurses is disgusting, I had a c- section and have been complaining about pain, you ring the bell they attend it after 30min then when they come it takes another hour for them to process your request!!!! I am utterly disguised, on top of that I don't even know where my baby is, no one is communicating, to add on that, even with the pandemic, we are 4 in 1 room with one restroom, how possible is that? I mean chances of us being covid negative are 0% why am I paying to be in a private hospital but can a public service? Cann someone just help resolve this matter, otherwise I will be posting on all social media platforms
