I wouldn’t recommend Medforum ER to anyone!

One star is a lot! In the early hours of today my mother woke up in pain and asked me to take her to hospital. We got there and waited for +10 minutes for nurses to show up and assist her. No one came to us to tell us what was happening with our own mother until I started asking and a gentleman approached. They gave us a timeframe that they will check my mums condition but still didn’t inform us on her well-being. We kept on checking on her…if we not suppose to enter in the emergency rooms than why can’t they have the decency to tell us what’s happening. Even though my mum was in pain the nurse told us who said so because she’s seen worse n that we shouldn’t just into conclusions. Nurse Brenda from casualty is pathetic to be working with people
