Distraught Mother

I took my teenager in because i suspected substance abuse. We were not treated well at all by nurses and Doctor on duty, all they could talk about was money and co payments. A urine test was done, they asked me to return the Friday before midday, i did so. Another doctor was on duty just as carefree as Tuesday doctor, couldn't understand how anxious i was as a mother and worried. The test came back positive for Cannibis. Had to beg him practically for help, he eventually wrote a letter for a social worker in the hospital who was even more unprofessional, said she couldn't chat she had to be somewhere. I expected professional help, all we got were uncaring hospital staff.
