Complaint on the nurse

The nurse who attended to my mom was so rude and showed so much attitude all my family wanted to know if she will be OK instead the nurse tells us to get out because of covid and we can tell the president for all she cares this was the worst attitude from a private hospital and it's sas that we had to go through this. My dad is a diabetic and my mother is a high risk patient she fell and hurt her back and the nurse kept us here for over 4 hours waiting for an answer this is completely unacceptable this puts my family more at risk of infection
