Bad service

Medforum used to be one of the best medi clunics in Pta, with excellent service but now all that has dropped from the nurses, staff and some Doctors. You only get one facial mask on the day you admitted and never again, we not given sanitizers and still one has to ask for these things. I mean we here because of health related issues but our health is still not being treated with respect. The wards are not clean, the food is cold and the nurses get impatient when you have to ask for assistance. There's not enough communication in terms of what to expect from the doctors and the patient, one has to suck out information. I thought this was a private health care and the standard should be of that level, but it's all just a nightmare.
