Bad service

What a bad experience as a first timer to be transferred to medforum private hospital. The service is bed. I had to spl down on the floor bcs apparently they dont supply mother's of infants with a couch or anything irregardless of how tired you are.. U either sleep on thee chair or down. The nurses r busy roaming around doing nothing,when u ring a bell, the person who responds to it, can't ivn attend u, instead shenxalls somebody else.. I am very much disappointed
