Bad service

I am really sad and disappointed ,last night at 23:15 I was at med forum my son who i7months was in a bad condition and i was at emergency unit and the Dr observe the child and they call the specialist Dr Khuzwayo and they confirmed with the unit23 if the are bed available for mother and child bed and they confirmed with the DR that they have available bed after we went in that unit when we arrive the the sister at reception the by unit23 she told me that they don't have a bed available and i need to follow up with them if they have a bed available and i asked what must i do with a sick child they told me that is either I eave a child or they are sorry they cant help me ,after the sister told me that if i don't want to be referred to loiuspasture i need to sign a document of refusal of medication for a child ,i am still shocked with the service
