Bad service

I am very disappointed at their service. That hospital is a bulic hospital, even worse, not worth our money.

I have experienced rude nurses, when one told me to go to the toilet that was far from me yet there was a toilet near me that another nurse told me to use and mind you, I was in ICU and the Dr told me not to get off bed, but had to deal with disrespectful and rude nurses.

The Dr's really do not care, they only care to get your money, they don't care enough to explain things enough to you before your surgery so you may also feel settled.

When I was finally moved to a ward with other patients, we slept in a room full of urine the whole night and none of them bothered to clean, we had to jump it the whole night, I called them, they never came till in the morning. One could've tripoed and fell from that, and I could imagine how the patient who did that felt when others complain about her urine the whole time and she was sick.

The Dr left without even telling anyone and I had to be discharged and didn't discharge me, when I asked to speak to him, he was called and over the phone because he didn't know the nurse had put him on the Speaker, he said he didn't want to talk to me.

The other nurses made a statement that he is out grooving because it was on a Friday. I went home the following week which the only painkillers he gave me was genpain, imagine, genpain after having a serious surgery a week ago.

I had to be back the following day feeling like I was dying. When I got to the emergency room, there was another lady who was allegedly mentioned to be going through the same thing and the Drs were surprised as why are his patients coming back in the same condition.

The food was horrible, when I arrived they were giving me the same food everyday all day without even brining me the menu, until I asked what was going on, then that when they gave me the menu. The cooking staff, very bad too.

The one star is for the few nurses who really tried their best and the emergency section staff.
