Bad receptionist attitude

I seem to be dissatisfied a lot...I wish the first people we come across when going to see a doctor can be welcoming. The Girl at Dr Hlogwa practice was damn right rude and this is the second encounter I have with her.. the Guy there is even better than her.. Receptionist are the face of the practice just wish people can understand that..I doubt i will be going back simply because of her attitude
