How refreshing and mostly reassuring to have been received by such a professional but yet friendly person. Ryder was phenomenal from the word go. I worked as a bank manager for 15 and as a manager internationally and believe you me such skill takes passion and the want to really help. He explained to me from the moment I came in up until I was settled in and understood the full rules,regulations,protocol etc. Constantly checked up on me. Listened and actioned my requests. I literally would sit with my problem until his shift starts because I knew something would be done. I even asked him if he would actually considered just doing his full medical degree because I truly believe with his experience,knowledge,work ethic,integrity,humility and ubuntu he would be a force to be reckoned with. In conclusion (ingore my bad grammar)Your establishment is a much better place because of him,he's a keeper and honestly I interacted with as many of the nurses as possible and they can learn a thing or two from this gentleman. I would also like to make a shout out to Slindile,Vero with the big voice and big heart,Linkie,Moremi and all the kitchen staff for bringing me warmed up food. I will surely be using this facility again. God bless. M
