Rude and useless

<p>Discovery insist that I use medexpress to get my chronic medication.</p> <p>Two months in a row now at least one pen is broken and cannot be used, obviously I dont get through the month.</p> <p>I called them but as per usual in their rude, arrogant, obnoxious, couldnt care less attitude I was told to take the faulty ones back to the pharmacy.</p> <p>How must i do this when its some ***** junk that medexpress sent to dischem, dischem wont help as its not from them.</p> <p>I am so sick of these clowns and their horrible attitude, discovery and medexpres are the most pathetic bunch on the planet.</p> <p>Useless beyond belief!!!!</p>
