Pathetic Service - Discovery Medexpress!!!!

I don't know why Discovery chooses to work with such *********** businesses like Medexpress. I have been struggling to place my chronic medication order since last week and I called and let them know that I fast running out of medication. The sent "Discovery MedXpress: Your MedXpress collect request for is being processed. Your ref number is MX000BMC**. Please look out for further progress updates." Needless to say there haven't been any further updates, went to the Clicks Pharmacy and I was told that they can't "see" my order request on their system. I'm now sitting with no medication while Discovery has "logged" a call and I must just wait for Medexpress to call me when they decide to. Sies, Pathetic service!!!!
