Nothing express about it at all

The service or lack of service is pathetic. The website for ordering of medication is not user friendly and there is no notification that the order has been placed. The fact that you cannot talk to someone for assistance shows how cheap they are becoming. I am at the point of looking for a new medical aid and leaving Discovery just because of Medexpress. There is nothing express about this company.
