No delivery and no responsibility

I really have no problem with discovery but am so over the service provided by medexpress. I called on modah for my order to be deluvered at a different phamarcy. Wednesday I get somekne who tells me order was placed yesterday. She then blames the phamarcy and further speaks about the fact that I have cancelled my meducal aid effective end of October which I do not understand how relevant is it as I need my medication for October and my medical aid is supposed to cover it as I am still a member. Then she made me hold until i dropped the phone because she had tk call the phamarcy.
