Medxpress medication delivery

Medxpress has the worst service I have ever encountered. I have been making use of their service for 18 months, and not 2 months have gone by where I did not have to call in. Some of the issues included the app not working, my medicine being late, orders that did not go through, payments that did not process. All resulting in me missing 2 - 5 days of medication. Although the call center agents are very friendly and helpful, there was not two months that everything worked as it should, resulting in me having to call the call center, being on the line for 15 mins while I am at work.The last time my medication were 5 days late because of an error in their communication system when a change of address were logged. I reported all of these problems, but every month there was still an issue. I would not recommend this service to ANYONE. The are unreliable and I would rather drive 160km to the nearest Dischem every month than trust them to deliver my medication again.
