MediExpress Discovery no solution to health care chronics

im in disbelief with the service received from Discivery MediExpress. I normally collect my presciption on tbe 7th or 8th of each month to my suprise this month Im told that they have covered the 12 month circle. Whoch means my order will be placed on the 25th. whereas my month is ending on tbe 20 or 21st depending with the days of the month. All the agent that tried to assist me none is willing to get the dates correct which is totally absurd. what I need to know is 1.if my order was sent out on tbe 8th of each month what changed 2. when my circles end on tbe 20th ir 21st which mean I will be without tables for 5 to 6 days as per their theory 3. who changed my dates
