MedExpress couldn't care less

Anybody using the MedExpress system for their chronic meds, listen up and be careful. I've just been caught out good and proper. For months I've been using their SMS reordering system which allows you to order every 23 days and saves me the stress of a phone call as I hate navigating through their phone system. However, I sent in a new script and phoned in to reorder today as you have to phone in when there's a new script. Only to be told that I can only order again on 10 February as the SMS ordering system is an early ordering system and I've now ordered more than 12 times in the year!! So I asked what I'm supposed to do now as by 10 Feb I will be dead! They couldn't care less - so now I have to go and buy my chronic meds at the pharmacy not once, but twice. So watch out and make sure you don't fall into the same trap if you are using this.
