Medexpress

I have been without my chronic medication for months as a result of the unreasonable co-payment i have to make. i called on Wednesday to place my order and was told that i had to pay the arrears first, my account was debited with R1101.81 but when i called this morning to confirm my delivery i am told that there is some kind of hold/blockage and they need to sort this out first. Please i urgently need my medication to be delivered today as my health has deteriated.
