Medexpres is trivialising my medical condition

I sent a script on email to Medexpres on the 12 December 2019. I went to the pharmacy for collection 6 days later and Medexpres did not prepare and dispatch the medicine. I am at the pharmacy today and Medexpres still did not attend to my request and I ran out of medicine.
