Absolutely ridiculous service. I decided to try out Discovery Medexpress THINKING it would save me time going to get my chronic medication every month.

The order was late, forcing me to go without medicine for a day, not to mention leaving countless messages that I need the order delivered at a certain time on the day of delivery, I was then called on the day saying it’ll be delayed??? And that it would be quicker if I go fetch it from the store. What’s the point of this service if it’s just quicker for me to go get the medicine myself Without any delays or annoying call center calls.
