Clueless isnt the word for this!

<p>As per usual, month after month I have to play a little game with this lot.</p> <p>I got a new script which was sent to discovery I received a mail that they had received it blah, blah quick to tell me that I must pay for most of it blah blah</p> <p>Tried to reorder today and of course I get the usual nonsense from them thhat they dont have script must phone later etc.</p> <p>How difficult is this to do, I have never seen such hopeless incompetence and inefficiency in my life.</p> <p>Discovery insists that I use this lot so that they can save money and then clients are saddled with the pathetic service, I am so sick and tired of playing this game with this mob I can scream!!!!!</p>
