Chronic Medication

I have been battling to load my script on the MedExpress and discovery health website.It keeps on saying "the site is currently unavailable".I have escalated this to Medexpress and discovery and the response has been, sorry we cannot assist. As a result i do not have any chronic medication at the moment. I can`t belive they are so insensitive and the service has gone to poor.
