Chronic life-threatening medicine cancelled for no reason

To whom it may concern

I placed an order for insulin on the thirteen September, I got a confirmation message and the payment went through.

There was nothing that could indicate that the order was not placed or something went wrong. When I went to track my order after five business days, I saw the order was cancelled. This frustrated us because there were NO message, phone call or any effort made to inform us, yet the payment is still valid? This means I cannot go to another pharmacy and get insulin there. My daughter is completely dependent on insulin, this is a matter of life or death.

This is a matter of great importance and it is unacceptable that we were not notified of the order being cancelled, nor where we given a reason and yet the payment is still valid.

I demand to know who cancelled the order and why-I am very disatisfied with the service provided.
