BAD SERVICE IF ANY......

I've been with MedExpense Gap Cover for some time now. They have no problem to take my money every end of the month but when it comes to claims..... I've send in a claim in May 2019 already, I receive automated mails stating that they will be in contact with me and that I'm a valued customer. But I can't seem to get any response. I've even phoned them to get feedback the gentlemen that answered the phone told me that he is unable to assist me but that his manager will give me a call before end of day.... That's been 5 days ago.... Service is bad and I can't even get them to tell me what the prosedure is to cancel so that I can go to another provider, which will treat me better......
