Bad service

<p>My husband is on chronic medication and every moth before he runs out of medication i receive an sms notifying me that the medication is depatched will be delivered and we can go collect. This month I had to call them and ask if the medication is dispatched. I'm disappointed that I pay chucks of money on medical to receive such bad service.</p>
