WORST EVER!!! Dont join MedExpense Gap Cover. You pay for years and when you get diagnosed with cancer and your medical aid pays 95% of the bill medexpense refuses to pay the rest cause they always have different excuses when you contact them. Been 6 months. Sent in claim forms, Dr accounts, medical aid expense report, letter from Dr, decleration from me how and where it happened etc and no feedback and no payment. Apparently they do not cover in hospital bills that are short paid. Im fed up so im telling everyone not to join medexpense. I have told facebook, twitter, mypage, hippo advisory services and hallo peter. Please dont use this company. My next step is newspaper and Carteblanche.
