Poorest possible service Medexpense Gap Cover

They took a premium by debit order while I havent even had a medical aid yet. A month later they send me a cancellation notice of the policy from their side while I wanted gap cover from them, but together with my medical aid where I had a holdup to join because of a late joining penalty. They never answered any of my emails and never returned my calls. Pathetic communication. Hope they dont pay gap cover this same way!
