Pathetic Service and Endless Excuses from MedExpense

Just realised I'm not the only person that had to deal with MedExpense's utter incompetence. From capturing banking details incorrectly, to the endless excuses to not pay out one's claims. This must be the most *********** service provider. It's been an administrative nightmare dealing with them and I am sitting with over 30Ks unpaid medical expenses due to their lack of administrative diligence. If you need a gap Cover, MedExpense is a hard pass and they should be dealt with by the FSCA. The only Gap they provide, is the Gap in their service. Their name says it all, it will only be an expense using their service. I have reported them to the relevant regulatory departments. #StayAway!!!
