MedExpense Gap *****ling my money - deducting 6 x times for ONE policy and again 3 x times

This is THE worst experience ever with any medical insurance for any Gap cover. I took out 2 x separate policies for my kids. They send me welcome letters, membership details, contract details everything to commence 01 March. For some reason the debit order is not going off EVEN tough I gave them all the banking information on the application. And again via email when I noticed the problem. I picked it up and contact them. They tell me a double debit will go off end of March. Turns out they take the debit order SIX times!! Then again in April the same happened, this time the took it of THREE times. I then went in, and revers the 3rd one as I am only having 2 policies. This time they email me telling me the policy is cancelled. I start corresponding with them, now only to find out I only have ONE policy and not TWO. First telling me they do not have my email address registered. Then telling me I must give them proof of the policy document they sent me. Then telling me I must proof the deductions they made on my account. They are *****, ******** and *******! What a disgrace
