MedExpense Gap cover is expensive.

Im am appalled by how difficult it has been to claim back money i had to pay whilst in hospital that is supposed to be cover my MedExpense Gap cover. Its been 5 weeks already. I filled in the claim form. Send with all the required documents. Everytime i call its a different story. Your application Is in the claims department. Now today they told me its being processed. They having a backlog. But so eager to take my monthly contributions. Very angry.
