Horrible Service

Trying to claim with this business has been extremely frustrating and frankly, very painful. It seems like they are doing everything in their power to avoid paying a simple claim. They keep using this "Documents" even after I've repeatedly sent all the documents I have.

On top of that, they never actually get back to me. I have to keep chasing after them.
