What a shocking excuse for a business. After submitting all supporting documents for a claim it takes just on 2 months to have half you claim rejected based on the fact it is not a "medical emergency". Yet they approve the other claims from the same incident. You are not put in touch with any consultants and all correspondence sent to you comes from a "Do not reply" email address.
