Rude Receptionist

<p>The lady working for Dr Strauss and partners in Volksrust (Sandra Visagie), she is extremely rude ! I don’t know why they even let her work with clients , my friend was there earlier this week he didn’t feel well at all , Dr Strauss looked at him and said he has Influenza , he got a sick letter that booked him off until yesterday , this morning he still wasn’t feeling all to well but went to work , he started throwing up at work , so after lunch he came back , he decided to call Medco again to see if Dr Strauss can’t see him again as he was still sick ( When visiting Medco the doctors would always say if in 3 days you are not well come back for a check up with no added costs ) today is the 3d day he still not well, my friend phoned the office of Dr Strauss and she’s all like " If you want to see him again you'll have to pay " but the doctor said the check up is free, my friend already disappointing and not feeling well said ill call back, when he phoned to see if there is an opening she almost got a fit and like scream/yelled to "I said come in and wait" my friend kindly said thank you.</p> <p>My problem with the lady working there is , she works with sick people , there not feeling well already and then she comes with that attitude ! And this isn’t the first time people complained about her, and its unacceptable the way she treats sick people.</p>
