Brazillian Blow wave

Kempton park pretoria.they did a brazillian on my and my childs hair on sunday, they told us not to wash the hair for 2 days and it musnt get wet , so we did like they told us! the guy who did our hair told me that i can buy any sulphate free shampoo and conditioner from clicks and wash it after 2 days! we did the brazillian on sunday and monday morning it was curly again without washing the hair or using any product, then i took photos and send it to them, and they told me i must just wash it then it will go right! I washed it and send them photos again, they told me its bacause i was using clicks stuff and not the right after care but they told me do do so i have all my proof! the professional hairdresser who did our hair is swearing at me now and talking to me very ugly then blocked me on whatzup! they are ignoring me they dont want to refund me at all because i used clicks shampoo but they told me to do it! im almost sure they used a **** product on our hair because im asking them for a photo of the brand then they dont want to send it to me, he told me he will use hair go straight but i believe that they didnt use that product at all! my hair is so damaged now its broken into little pieces bit by bit! i paid alot of money for this **** and now i must sit with this mess! i want to know where i can report them! because this is unacceptable!! our hair is not even straight like it should be but i must pay alot of money for it! can u please help me to sort out this people i just want a refund!!
