Rude nasty company that treat staff really badly

In the end we got a nice pool. But they were a nightmare to deal with. The owner Johan was incredibly rude when I called to ask for communication. The have no idea what customer service is. Not once did I ever meet the owner or anyone senior only laborers who were worked to the bone on what I guess is minimal wage. One evening they were still paving at 830 pm when I said they can come back in the morning they said the boss had booked them on another job the next day and if they didn't finish they wouldn't be paid. When quoting they sold a \pool handover"but they didn't pitch because they didn't like the idea of meeting at 4pm. By then they had all the Money... They were happy to quote at 6pm and have workers paving after 8 pm but wouldn't come out at 4pm once they had the money. Don't use these people... Complete trashy service """
