Rude and bad after sales service

<p>Owner is very rude if you have a complaint. Our new pool is leaking water and after nearly a month this is still a problem. According to him the pool isnt leaking, but the level drops nearly a centimeter in 24 hours. They came to try and fix it and did some small repairs, but it is still a problem. they refuse to come and find the problem and fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY</p> <p> </p> <p>All the staff is very friendly and helpfull, but the owner ruins all of that with his bad attitide</p>
