Medal paints bad product and service

3 months ago I painted my house with medal paints. They claim it's fully washable and have a strong cover. I painted using the same colour as before but found that at the areas where I patch with polly filler it shows dark. After a month when we try to wipe dirty marks off the wall you wipe the paint coating off with the dirt. Trying to get hold of customer service and keep on getting mailbox is full. Eventually got through and left details for a consultant to call back but 3 weeks down still no call. Absolutely pathetic service. I will not recommend Medal paints or the BuildIt brand paints at all.
